KATONA ERVIN
Ervin Katona had been working for more than seven years in the famous Gundel Restaurant, where he could learn plenty of original Hungarian recipes from famous chefs. After that, he worked as a sous-chef in a traditional famous downtown restaurant. That was the time, when we decided to charge him with the renovation of traditional Hungarian dishes and we hired him as a gourmet chef.
